that much for only keeping 1 angel per tank. Are these guys getting along?

I have not been in the hobby long compared to other guys/girls here but I have come to conclude that there is no set formula to have a great tank. I currently have 14 fish in the 58gal. I will agree I have always fought high nitrates and my corals may have had slower growth rates but you live and learn. As for the angels, they do nip at each other every once in a while but they coexist. I figure they will stop once I get the bigger tank. The anthias are awesome but they eat alot and dont contribute to the tank. They will have to go (anyone interested). They eat everything from HEB seafood to flake, brine mysis. I want to have a low stocked tank to lower maintance. I love soft corals and I may try som LPS.

Those leathers are huge and take plenty of organics.
Hence those Anthias are contributing more to your tank than you think.
With leathers that huge, there is a lot of bio-mass in there and they use a lot of organic material.
Bio-mass at that rate for a 58 will take water maint. You're doing great with it though.

SPS....of course:) Your lighting will support them:) Might have to reduce some of those shrooms though:)
