ok all, well i decided im going with a 45breeder tank with a 20gal. long refuguim, the only problem i have is, i dont know what size bulk heads to use for the intake and return, im also thinking of building a small, 3 sided internal overflow box out of black plexiglass, with the hole drilled on the back glass kinda lowest to the box, understand, instead of having a hole drilled on the bottom glass, i plan to make the box around 6 inches from top to bottom and 4 inches wide, all i need to know is what size bulkheads and what size of mag to go with them in order to push good flow through my tank, also if i have a closed loop what size of pump do yall recommend, i was thinking a mag7!! well any help is appricated:) thanks opps almost forgot, do yall think 1 55watt pc actinic would be good for the refugium? thanks again!

I would use an actinic and a white pc on the refugium if it was me. You're likely to put all kinds of things in there and some things do better with whiter light, lower K temp, depending on their color. Bulkheads on the breeder tank or refugium??

I would definately go with a yellower bulb on the refugium....I was using a 65 watt pc over my refugium, and it had one white light, and one blue. It would not sustain the caulerpa growth, and it would die off in only a matter of time. I have seen others that use a lights of america bulb...ahem Alex Vidal.......and have uncontrollable macro, and other critter growth. The only thing I use my 65 watt pc for now is to light up the cabinet where my sump is.
