I think that looks really good, but I am curious how it will do in saltwater?

Seems like a waist of valuable tank space IMO.

You do have a point there - Definitely is a concern unless you have a new 375g! :)

This looks like a good idea, adding crush coral to last coat may give more texture. The only problem would be higth fresh ok but salt crallies could get out unless 2 t0 3 x shorter of largest crallie from below skimmer and edge

I believe Texreefer doing something similar to this. I think he was looking for some LR rubble to add into it.

I did this exact thing a few years ago. It was on my snapping turtle's tank.
It did look pretty cool. I did do the thing w/ the torch, and I coated it with fiberglass resin. If you do use fiberglass just know that it will eat into the foam a little. Maybe 1/4-3/8 inch. After it was all said and done I agree with Jose It does take up room. I think the greatstuff and rubble idea would save more space.

I say the moss wall was a lot cooler :) now if you could get small pieces of live rock into a wall like that that would be cool..... now I seen the cement with crushed coral you could make a wall like that if im not mistaken.....

I would be more concerned about the fish picking at the styrofoam and whatever health hazards that may present.

True, and once they figured this out they would probably continue till it was gone.

Yea takes up a little bit too much space for my tastes.
