Just got two of them and I was wondering placement..... where should I put them in the tank? sand? live rock? away from powerhead? or what??? or will they move?

The Feather Duster is usually found in the coral rubble at the base of the reef aquarium, with some of the rubble being incorporated into its parchment-like tube.

so that means I placed them pretty well :)

i just stuff them in the live rock where a decent amount of current hits them so they can catch some food

Make sure that you don't want to move them later because once they attch themselves they are pretyy hard to move especially if it is to a big piece of rock.
