purple tang

I really want to get a purple tang. My tank is 84g. Right now i just have 2 percs. Will the purple tang be ok. The tank is 6ft long so he should have plenty of room to swim. His future tankmates would be 2 percs, 1 royal gramma, 1 sixline wrasse, and 1 flame angel. Oh yeah i have 75lbs of lr.

Purple tang should do well in your tank. They are very hardy and very beautiful as you well know. They are fairly aggressive. If you want to add one more tangto your tank, depends on the species, you may want to consider add that one first.

They are pretty aggressive towards other tangs, so I would limit your tang collection to that one or just one other...

I'm just gonna have the one tang. I think it will look really cool with the purple tang and a flame angel.
