I have a JBJ NanoCube and now I want more light in it. I'm thinking about retroing a 32 watt CSL light into the existing top. I think I'm going to do one 32 watt first, and see what difference that makes with corals and temperature wise. If successful and still need more, I will try and tuck another one next to it. First off, I need some Info.
On CSL site they show a few different 32 watt kits. They have a PowerCompact Retro Kit, a PowerCompact SmartLite Retro Kit, and a Super Nova Kit. I'm wondering if anyone knows the difference between the Smartlite and the SuperNova. I'm thinking the only difference is within endcaps. The supernova is water resistant and the other needs to be covered. But my biggest question is the exact dimensions of these units. I have a small space to work with. 13 5/8" long, bout 6 " wide and not very much depth at all.
Also, know any good CSL dealers to get a deal on a 32 watt Smartlite Retro kit? With a good return policy in case it doesn't fit.
