hes not on the floor, and he has been eating......he eats weird though, twists his body around the food before he attacks it, almost in a half moon shape.

Anemones do eat live fish; in fact, catching live prey is exactly how they survive in nature. My understanding, though, is that E. quads (BTA) in nature mostly live off of crustaceans, especially shrimp. I could be wrong on that. It's definitely possible that your anemone caught the 6 line, but one would think that the 6 line would be smart enough to stay out of the anemone. If you can't find the fish, and you just got the anemone, and the fish was healthy before, I'd say you have a suspect. Betcha it will turn up, though.

6 Lines (most wrasses really) are notorious jumpers - mine jumped out a 1"x1" hole in my eggcrate last year. They also sleep in the rockwork - usually in the same place and you will find wrasses often go and hide in their sleeping spot about the same time every day - coris and leopard wrasses for instance bury themselves in the sand to sleep almost like clockwork.

And the anemone could have eaten him but the fish would have to have blundered into it full steam - try getting a moonlight and aiming it at the BTA to make sure fish don't run into it at night.
