I really don't think that that is a baby bubble tip anemone. It looks to me like an Anemonea mojano. They are a pest anemone in the same ilk as Aiptasia. They are a pest and they will overrun your tank if you let them get out of control.

I hope I am wrong, but I really don't think so.

I agree with Jim that looks more like a manjo. Ive had baby E. quad anenomes before in my tank and they are much more transparent than that pic.

I got one from a friend who bought the original (which split many times) as a bubble tip. This little one came from one that was quite small that split three times. I had never heard of Anemone mojano but once I have more info on it I will let you know if it is or not. One thing is for sure these babies can grow quite large and they host maroon clowns.

If that is an E. quad, then it is really, really, really small.
I did have an out break of majono that looked just like the one pictured, and I've seen some the size of half dollars. You could try and post the picture up on RC to get more feedback.

Looks like A.majano to me also - people who tell me they have 'baby bubble tip anemones' and don't have a regular BTA in their aquarium it has always ended up being a majano.

Have fun getting them out when they take over your tank!

:o Also agree with the rest. Just spent a week and picked over 1000 of these out of my tank. Got a few on a rock I got from a friend and wow did they took over. Even bought a racoon butterfly cuz I was told they would eat them., and didn't eat ONE. These pests also put off toxins in the tank, I also lost my prize colony of green stars to them. Be carefull if u deside to keep it.
