I could make one for you out of 1/4" or 3/8" cast acrylic, with solvent welded sides and polymer cemented bottom joint. It's my new idea about bomb-proof sump construction. It would not be cheap, ( just the cast acrylic for my 32X14" sump was over $100) but less than a comparable commercial product. There's a guy named Dan who makes nice extruded acrylic sumps; he only sells to stores, so you'd have to work around that. Send me a PM if you're interested. The least expensive way to go would be to find an aquarium or rubber maid tub that fits your needs.
