Took a little trip up to Ausin last weekend and took some photos of a couple of tanks. Both were awesome tanks. Hope you guys enjoy the pics. I had to cut down the quality a bit to upload them but they still look pretty good. Enjoy!

Wow very nice so how bad is the black eye from getting so close and I hope you did not poke one out but hey then we could call you the Reef Pirate lol. :)

It was great having you over! Thanks for posting the pictures. The picture of JimD's Acro is AWESOME! He does have an outstanking tank. The monti cap frag you gave me is doing great! Your BTA picture is also AWESOME!

Ok, this isnt fair, Ive been trying to open page one of this thread for close to three hours now, it just sits there with a stupid look on its face. I dont get to see pics of my tank very often so I was anxious to them. BUT NOOO!!!! Friggin webtv sucks! If someone out there can downsize the page or something, to a prehistoric level so I can enjoy them too, Id surely appreciate it!

The pictures were taken with an Olympus C-4040 in macro mode with a close up lens kit. I've spent some time trying to figure out lighting issues with tanks and have had some success. The halides are so bright it really takes time to figure out how to get them to come out right. My camera has been discontinued but the new C-5050 is much improved over mine. If you don't want to get an SLR this is a great option.
