IceCap 400 watt electronic HQI ballast

IMHO, don't buy the 400Watt version.

I didnt even know they made one. I've been looking at 400W ballasts lately, and havn't seen a Icecap 400W, are they new, or old or what?

Peoples repeatedly push, and push Icecap to come out with the 400Watts version. Deadline were past w/out a 400W product, peoples still kept pushing the president of Icecap. The 400W version finally came out and there were problem with the ballast. So, they went back on the drawing board. Where do you even see the 400Watts version for sale? I last looked at the 400W version about 2 months ago, so I might have some old info.

I dont' know if that's an old stock, or the new revised model. The newest 220 version seems to run fine, I don't know about the 115 version. Most peoples have 115 for electrical wiring in their house, so the 220 is out of question unless......
