My wife is finally starting to stare at the tank as much as me and finding new critters. She decided to stop and get me something as a suprise, it was a bag full. the one Im concerned about is the cucumber she purshased, I dont want to harm it but all the sites say its difficult to keep. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Pete,
That is good that your wife is starting to look at your tank just as much as you. It really helps out having someone by your side enjoying the tank. Do you know what kind of sea cucumber she bought you?

The wife doesnt know, but was told its a sea cucumber. I dont want to harm any thing in the tank so either way, toxins, should I keep it?

Not alot of rock in the 100 yet still looking for specific pieces as they come. It wasnt really a worry thing just that the "toxins" got me thinking because I dont want to harm anything.

Does it look kinda like this?

The creature in this photo is an Impatient Cucumber. It is a terrific cleaner and will do a great job of keeping the sand bed clean. This is the one that was earlier referred to as the "turd" cucumber. It is low in toxicity, and therefore pretty much benign to the tank. Will probably not Nuke your tank if it dies.
I have two of these guys in mine, along with a Tiger Tail cuke too.
