Anemone looks weird

This morning I woke up to find my long tentacle anemone moved from the location it has been in for the past few months. It moved down along the rock it attached to and has kind of shrivled up. It has shriviled up before but it always returns to its normal self after awhile. This the first time it has moved like this. I haven't changed anything lately and don't understand why it has done this. I have been told that it is normal for an anemone to close/shrivle up occasionally. Should I be worried or should I just keep an eye on it? :(

My LTA shrivles up and completely disappears into the sand on a regular basis, LTA's actually prefer the sandbed, I wouldnt be overly concerned at this point, as long as its not losing color...
