Red Epizooanthids [Archive]

Tim/Jim and who ever won the Red Epizoos at the last meeting -
how do they look? Did the color change any to more closely match the GARF pictures or did they stay red/brown? If they are doing well I would like to trade something for a small frag of them. Pictures???

I won the one at the meeting. They are doing better and better every day. Everyday I look at them, more polyps have came out, however, Id say that probably only 50% are out so far. I'll try to get a pic of them today.

Tim/Jim, how are your's all doing?

Ratboy,
I put mine in my tank under the center brace about 1/2 down under the PCs lighting. To this day it still looks like a 10 year old tootie roll with no polyps but it may take off in your tank so trade you bet!!!!!!!!

Mine still doesn't like like I want it to, but it is getting better slowly. Still has some polyps that haven't come out.

What about the color? Are they RED or doodie brown?

I would like to give these a try in my tank but not really interested in buying from GARF.

Are they eating? My yellow polyps will capture and eat plankton.

Hey those look pretty good. Alot better than they did fresh outa the bag at least. If ayone can hook me up with a few polyps I could make you a nice rock w/ some zoos or something....
