:-D I recently installed a power quad retro kit in my canopy and a second one is on order. They are really slick. One ballist drives 2X96 (or both = 192w)day/blue quads. I kept one of the original ballist (coral life) which drives 2x40 48 HO 10k(s). I can't wait till the other quad comes in (384w Plus whatever HO I can squeeze in ;) ). I also setup a nifty cooling fan system (from my old PC fans). The quads come with a nice reflector and the fans are set to blow down the lights and seems to be doing great.
I also found a nice LED temp monitor with probe at radio shack 8) . I mounted it on the canopy and the probe in a rubber suction cup.. No more cleaning the glass one. I will post a pic of this and my new elegance...
I know yada yada but hey I'm happy at this point... needs to be documented before something goes wrong! :-o
