NIGHTMARE

well I got home today and my tank looks like a nightmare the tank had half its water 2 fish died one tiger goby I order from Ed and the dumb clarkii clown that tryed to play with the flower anemone( I know I'm dumb too for not looking into the flower anemone too) there some kinda brown alge all over my sand bed,liverock, and glass, what the f#$@ did my mother do to my tank, who know she says she did nothing but live rock in there has been moved a peace was covering a coral It looks dead now, man am ****ed well I'm not going out for more than 2 days any more, well now I'm back got to fix every thing and my mother said that my Birds were not singing or talking they wore sad, my dog looks ok but I need to feed him too, well got to go work on the tank,mother f*#@er I will I never left home!!! :evil: :evil: :cry:

It is your reef and your animals. You need to tank care of them. When you are not there, you need to arrange for someone to tank care of them. Don't just assume your mother will pick up after you. Did you asked and show her how to take care of the tank and the animals? How long were you gone?
I am sorry that you fish, corals and other of your pets are not doing well. Hope you learned from this.

ya I know my mother knows some of the basics by me talking to her about it, I so use to my mother taking care of my freshwater this is the first time I leave my saltwater in her hands, I was gone for 7 days so it was a long time to not be there, I will never leave for more than 2 days any more unless I can get someone who knows how to take care of now, thanks for your concern minh, and yes I have learned from this :oops:
