What Are These Worms In My Tank ?

I went to feed the chromis and noticed some white worms with alot of legs swiming around. I tried to take some pictures but they were moving pretty fast.

Are these bristle worms or what are these things ?

They look like a polychaete worms, like the pink ones you can find in your sand bed..
