I've seen people selling these more and more and would like to get one over a regular BTA - anyone know a consistent source for them that doesn't want 100-250 a piece for them? Also anyone that's kept them species tank only or possible in mixed reef? Also lighting requirements similar to other BTAs more or less light perhaps? Someone posted one for sale that looked nice but wants 100 bucks plus 55 in shipping. Sheesh.

I have ordered them for people before but they are always expensive. I think I sold the last ones for $160.

good luck on finding one under $100.00 avg. is about $125.00. price is so high and limited availability because its not a common color morph. i do have one and there care is similar to reg. bta, and i do feed krill twice a week. i think there was someone awhile back there in austin that had a clone for sale, but it was snatched up pretty quick. maybe check with tim to see if he can get you a good deal on one. he has had some in the past.
