Anyone ever ordered from them?

I have ordered from them several times. They're a big Canadian Corporation, kind of like what Petco, Petland are in the U.S. Their price is cheap, and if you can find it cheaper after purchase, they'll meet & beat the lower price. I have some problem with them denying a PM claim once, but it was resolved to satisfaction several emails later (problem with Canadian vs. US dollars. Since they're out of the country. Shipping takes a long time thorugh UPS ground. I think they might have a wharehouse in NY too.

They do a poor job with their packaging. But if there's a problem, they'll fix it for you. I ordered four foot light bulbs from them, and they didn't impose any oversize charges like some of the U.S. company.

I have ordered many times from this company before. I really recommend it but if is something you are not in a rush to get. They take a while to deliver but their prices are very good and have not had any problems with incorrect items nor damage. I ordered a retro lighting kit from them and it was the cheapest out of many other companies. Compare prices and again do not get something you are in an extreme need cause it takes quite some time.
