If you're ordering the T5 bulbs, you need to order the endcap to go to it as well. And expensive ballast to drive the bulbs with.
They T5 bulbs are not cheap from PA either:

Shipping charge for the bulbs is around $15 to $20 in addition to the regular shipping cost.

As far as I know, there are not actinic T5 in any other sizes then 46" available in the U.S.
