Check this out... it's the AQ-200F model built by AquaGlobe Aquarium Products. At 8.9W's, it pushes 200GPH. I plan to use this when I setup my 7G nano tank again.
There's also 2 other models:
AQ-100F - 6.9W @ 100GPH
AQ-300F - 8.9W @ 300GPH

Here you can see one of the attachments... it's just a 90 degree turn that fits right into the output of the powerhead.
