need to build either a taller sump or refugium and a plankton factory.
Got that acrylic class coming up right?
A CS6-2 , a pair of mag 7's with halide/PC lights on a 40g tank tends to build up just a little bit of heat the system needs more water volume to disperse it a little more.
pick up a few frags from Tim and then Im done for awhile let things settle in with the tank and work out any last bugs that I find with the system.

Josh,
I'm curious, which ballast did you end up getting for your HQI? For clam, you definitely need some type of calcium supplement. This guy I know was selling a dual chambers calcium reactor, bubble counter, 10 pounds bottle, regulator and solenoid, pump. Complete plug and play kit for $200. The Mag pump was leaking, and he hasn't look for the receipt to get warranty replacement for it. I almost bought it last night, but then, my Korallin is still sitting here not even hooked up yet.

Maybe I'll buy it next time when I see him and use it to dose Co2 for a planted tank. That if it's possible to use a calcium reactor as a Co2 doser.

Havent paid the credit card bill for that yet.
After that.....hmmm.....Its times to get a few new Radiums....They sure are a lot cheaper now....

that is an absolute steal on a dual chamber reactor! Jump on that one josh. You can keep clams fine without a reactor by just adding Kalk, but a reactor makes it easier.
