ELECTRICY COSTS

My spouse and I have a disagreement on the cost of running the Mag drive pumps, let say for a 180 gallon. This has been ongoing as I had a used 180 in my garage for awhile that I set up for a short time with with featherfin cichilds. Anyway the month I ran it, my husband swears it cost 400.00 to run the pump. Has anybody added up the running cost of these pumps.

I use $400-$500 a month running 2 Dolphin 3000's, 6-400 watt halides, and a bunch of smaller pumps and lights including a mag 12, mag-9, and 2 mag-7's. I would think your one mag would use around $15 a month.
