I had some bubble algae that was just popping up here and there. I keep on removing them manually, and they keep on popping back up. I bought a Fox Face Fish last week.
Now, I can't find a single bubble. Fox face are not generally classify to be reef safe, but I know of several other reefers keeping them in their reef tank. I didn't want to put any Emerald crab in my tank. Emerald crab are slow, and they don't necessary clean up your bubble. In fact, they might even spread the bubble by popping it. In the past, Emerald crab has ate up all my mini feather duster. Feather duster look cool, and they help to filter your tank too.
Mike,
When your tank is back up, I'll trade you the Fox Face for the sump if you wanted it.
