For now Ben you'll have to upload the image to a remote host. After that use the image tag located above the text box when submitting a post.

Along with many other things, i'm juggling with working on getting our image gallery set so that everyone will have their own personal photo album to upload images to.

PHP is a bit more complex and scattered than regular ol' HTML but i'm working on it. ;)
